How did you attract/address your audience?

5) I attracted the audience for my media production in a number of ways. For example the dream like corridor scene at the beginning of the film immediately engages the audience because it makes them wonder what will happen next. Another way I attracted the audience was in the bedroom scene and i done that by the using mise-en-scene for example the whiskey, empty frame, tapes and most importantly the gun. All of these props play a part in engaging the audience because from these conventions from these you as the audience assume there has been some sort of disruption with the character, so it makes you want to watch more. The most significant way I believe I had engaged the audience was with the two quick shots of the gun being handled and the non-diegetic gun shot noise, this again makes the audience want to watch more because it ends on a sort of cliff-hanger.
